We take great care to ensure that all of our products are well-made and durable. We check factories regularly to ensure that workers are getting their due wages and that products are of high quality. We quickly terminate any connection with a supplier that does not match our rigorous standards. Our Dubai warehouse employs a secondary inspection procedure to ensure that all products are pristine upon arrival. Rest assured that we are fully committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your purchase.
One option is to have the furniture assembled when it arrives so you can look at it immediately. You'll have twenty minutes to make a decision. Isn't it wonderful? Now you can relax and savour your brand-new masterpiece. Do you not like it? Relax, and we'll take everything apart, repack it, and immediately handle the refund. (Before you ask, most banks take around 7 days for reimbursements to reflect in customers' accounts.)
We can also transport your furniture unassembled if you prefer this option and cannot be there during assembly. If you change your mind within 3 days of receiving your order, send an email to connect@twoguys.ae to obtain a return number. We'll respond within 24 hours and give you a return authorisation number (RAN) that you need to include with the package when you send it back to be processed. We will promptly handle your refund once we receive the item in the best condition. It may take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.
For custom-made items like blinds and curtains, flooring, and wall decor, these are excluded from our returns policy unless the items are delivered faulty.
