Products and Services

Two Guys Home Furnishings Dubai provides a range of home furnishing products and services. All offerings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or update them without prior notice.

    Orders and Customisation

    • Custom Orders:

    For customised products such as made-to-measure curtains or personalised furniture, a 50% advance payment is required when the order is confirmed. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

    • Order Confirmation:

    Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all order details. We are not responsible for any errors in measurements or specifications provided by the customer.

    • Production Timelines:

    Estimated production and delivery times will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Please note that these timelines are approximate and may change due to unexpected delays.

    Pricing and Payment

    • Currency:

    All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment Methods:

    We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

    • Final Payment:

    The full payment must be paid after your order is completed and before we arrange delivery or installation.

    Delivery and Installation

    • Delivery Areas:

    We offer delivery within Dubai. If you want deliveries to other Emirates, we can arrange it and may include additional charges.

    • Scheduling:

    You must schedule delivery and installation appointments in advance. Please ensure the area is accessible and prepared for our team to carry out the installation smoothly.

    • Delays:

    While we do our best to meet scheduled timelines, delays can sometimes happen due to factors such as supplier issues, weather conditions, transportation delays, or access restrictions at the site. If any delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to reschedule promptly.

    Returns and Refunds

    • Custom Products:

    Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • Ready-Made Products:

    You can return or exchange ready-made items within 7 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and you have the original receipt.

    • Refund Processing:

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

    Warranty

    • Coverage:

    We offer a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects for our products.

    • Exclusions:

    The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

    • Claims:

    Warranty claims must be submitted with the original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

    Customer Responsibilities

    • Site Readiness:

     Customers should make sure the installation area is clean, accessible, and free of any obstacles before our team arrives.

    • Permissions:

     If any permissions are needed (such as from building management), it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and confirm them in advance.

    Intellectual Property

       All content, designs, images, and materials on our website and marketing materials belong to Two Guys Home Furnishings. They are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or using them without permission is not allowed.

      Privacy Policy

         We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide during enquiries, consultations, or purchases is used only to process your order, improve our services, and, if you agree, send you marketing updates. We do not share your information with third parties without your clear permission.

        Limitation of Liability

           We always aim to deliver high-quality products and services. However, Two Guys Home Furnishings is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected issues that may result from their use, such as property damage, loss of income, or delays caused by third-party services.
